Annual Dues – please note increase for 2026
Annual dues for 2026 are $450. Despite increased costs and a rising rate of inflation, we are pleased
to be able to keep this increase minimal.
You can make one payment in full, or make two installment payments:
- First Installment = $225 by March 18, 2026 – late fee after April 18
- Second Installment = $225 by August 18, 2026 – late fee after Sept 18
NEW COLLECTIONS POLICY PER SENATE BILL 5686: If payment isn’t received within the grace period, state law allows a 5% fee, postage and printing costs and an optional $10 administration fee to be added. After an additional 30 days, an HOA late fee of $25 will be assessed per the HOA collections policy. policy. A $25 late charge per month will be applied at the end of each 30-day interval of delinquency until the account is brought to current. Payments will be applied to the oldest balances first.
Pay Online
You can pay your dues electronically through the HOA portal. There are three payment options, E-Check, Credit Card or Debit Card — autopay is also available. Please note that standard transaction fees apply for using online payment services. The portal is invitation only. Please email us at support@mclarinmgmt.com to request a portal invite.
Zelle is no longer accepted. To skip the processing fees, mail a check or send a check through your online banking to the address below.
